Last night there was heavy rain at the nest, but Juliet's dedication did not waver for a moment.

Romeo was on the nest this afternoon when Juliet returned and started pecking him on the head. Romeo tried to avoid her beak, but Juliet had decided it was her turn on the nest, so he reluctantly left.

Juliet fed little NE18, who ate the fish with enthusiasm and has a great appetite. He/she is a very beautiful little eaglet.

There was some bonking at this nest last season..hopefully it won’t be too bad this yr.  Congrats to Romeo & Juliet!
