The Seneca Towers Tiercel Has a Name

The unbanded tiercel at Seneca Towers now has a name–Veteran.

A poll was created on the Rfalconcam Forum so members could vote for their favorite name, and Veteran wound up on top with 35% of the votes. Second was Seth with 26%,  followed  by Marlon (16%), Aquilo (16%), Horus (4%), and Ardito (4%).

The name Veteran was submitted by Tom Moughan of Rochester, and it is in honor of the Veterans Memorial Bridge that crosses the Genesee River just north of Seneca Towers. Congratulations,Tom!

Thank you to everyone who submitted a name. Please keep it handy. You may get to submit it again in the near future.
