I'm surprised that they would soak them because if they did try to go again they'd have virtually no chance to fly with wet, heavy feathers. Big chance to take in my opinion.  :surprise:

Craig Koppie is our local raptor guy.  He's been managing peregrines for years, and dealt with every possible situation.  I trust his judgement.
