Title: Sorry, that was a Condor Post by: Donna on 11-Feb-10, 07:23:45 PM The large bird shown flying over Zion National Park in Brian Passey’s Backways & Byways column (“Winter Wonderland: Snow creates picturesque scene on Zion’s east side”) in Tuesday’s Southern Utah Life section of The Spectrum & Daily News was misidentified as a turkey vulture. It is actually a rare California condor.
