Title: Kestrel Rescued in Downtown Rochester Post by: Shaky on 01-Jul-14, 02:42:00 PM Someone found a young kestrel on the ground near Main and St. Paul in downtown Rochester over the noon hour today. Animal control was called, and the bird was taken away. Witnesses described the kestrel as active and unafraid.
