Title: Peregrines and Red Knots in Conflict

Recent research shows that the population of Red Knots is reduced within 6 km of peregrine nest sites.  Virginia's Center for Conservation Biology has removed several of their nesting towers in critical Red Knot areas.

The conflict makes perfect sense, yet that leaves me conflicted  ???
