This story just in from Jenny the Peg, BB's bestest girlfriend in Bellingen. Photos by Kyles (rescue) and Linda (wrapped bub) First pup in after quite a story. Python gets mother bat in mulberry tree, crashes to ground alerting MOP, who gets well-trained border collie to stand off snake. Snake regurgitates mum, who's sadly dead. But squeak heard from her armpit - and lo! here is Shensu ("big snake") - GH boy, doing well.
