We the citizens of Rochester are not opposed to development in Charlotte Beach. But condos are the wrong kind of development...... continued I totally agree!!! If they put condos in they will destroy the looks and feel of the whole area and it will not draw people down there. I've been disgusted about this development since the first I heard of it.
