Title: Heart Walk April 25th Post by: Shaky on 12-Apr-15, 10:15:06 PM A group of coworkers and I will be participating in the 25th Annual Rochester Heart Walk on April 25th. The event is put on by the American Heart Association to raise money to fight heart disease, the Nation's number 1 killer.
We will be leaving from the Blue Cross Arena at 10 AM so be sure to look for us waving at Cam 1 when we hit the street. My personal goal is to raise $500. I'm up early to go for a "heart-saving" (mine) run this morning. So, if you haven't donated or would like to push Shaky over the line, today would be a good day to do so. Only a handful of cars parked on the BSB. I thought it would be packed by now. I guess everyone decided to use the free parking in the Civic Center garage. Can't watch falcons from there!
