Out in Spokane, WA, there's a duck imitating art... the story Make Way for Ducklings (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Make_Way_for_Ducklings) (1941) has turned into an annual event, due to a mama duck nesting on a concrete ledge 10 ft. over the sidewalk of a bank entrance.
