I have a friend who is trying to get a weather machine in her school. It's a contest being run by a TV station. (It's frozen Firefox on me twice!) When you hit the <Reload> button, press down the <Shift> key on your keyboard. That seems to eliminate the problem. You'll have to reenter the information, but it also gives you the new security key as well.
