Title: Is there another egg coming tonight?

Just wondering it is 9:15 and she seems very puffy.

Looks like it.  Peregrines usually lay their eggs 48-72 hours apart and I've often seen a 55-57 hour range.  So...48 hours from egg 2 will be 11 tonight...I personally think it will be closer to morning
