I don't think it's the building. It sounds like cars going over something in the road. Just my opinion. :wave:

First hatch was Friday night, second on Saturday morning and then one on Sunday and one yesterday.  They are under a bridge and the bridge actually lifts in the middle to allow ships to sail through.  BCAW has some photos provide by a local person there so you can see where they are.
