Chase, one of four new born Peregrine Falcon chicks, protests as Bonnie Parton, a wildlife technician with the DEC, and Mike Allen (not in photo,) a retired senior wildlife technician with the DEC, examines it for parasites before putting 2 identifying bands on its legs.
