I go back home and pizza is like it should be. I think it is the water (seriously). We will be bringing a few pies back. I will share some with my boss (native of CT), as leftover pizza is still better than what we can get here. Sad.... I once brought some back and shared a slice with my boss (originally from CT) who promptly devoured it cold! I don't get it. How can something as simple as pizza be impossible to make in the pizza-less wasteland that we call the south?
