We need an official non-profit organization page to replace our personal profile under the name Jess Rfalconcam. There is also an Rfalconcam group on Facebook that should be consolidated into the organization's page. Businesses, organizations, products, rock bands, etc. have pages on Facebook to reach out to their "fans." (You don't friend and organization. You become a fan.)
With an official non-profit Facebook page, Rfalconcam will be in a better position to receive funding if there is another Chase Community Giving contest. Lily the black bear received $100,000 and 195 other non-profits received $20,000 each. Unlike a personal Facebook profile, an organization page can have more than one person updating its content -- adding updates, photos, videos, etc., and responding to comments from fans. These people are regular Facebook users who are appointed as administrators of the organization page by the owner. Unfortunately, Rfalconcam's staff is already spread pretty thin, and we just don't have enough spare time to take on this task. We need some help.
