Thanks for being sharp eyed (Brian too!) and being on the spot. I couldn't make out anything definite on the band ID; as you said someone will probably have to get a scope on the bird, or one of us photographers with a long lens will have to get lucky before we ID this one. She's a good looking falcon, to be sure.

I believe it was Joyce, Jeanne, Brian and Dan who saw the encounter with me from the pedestrian bridge.

MAK, Dana and I kept watch in the area most of the late morning, afternoon. No sightings. She is a gorgeous Peregrine. I know we'll get lucky one of these days and get a positive ID. Will she remain in the area? Will we finally get a 2nd nest site? Only time will tell. There used to be two of them on KP buildings located on Lake Ave, but they were taken down.
