23 September... remembering that day, in 1759, when Arthur Guinness went to Dublin to sign a 9,000 year lease (that's right... 9,000!) for the property at St James's Gate where Guinness has been brewed ever since.

Yeah, that's what I'm talkin about. Got some nice cold Guinness in my fridge, I'll have to let it warm up. Better warm, with a shot of whiskey/baileys. Irish Car Bomb! Yummy.
