If you didn't receive the weather word yesterday its because I didn't send it out! I inputted the weather word and didn't hit the send button. Sorry about that! Too early in the morning some days. Actually I can't believe it - but yesterday's note was still in the drafts section. We are in 4th place. East View of Olean CSD has jumped up into 1st place. They moved up very quickly. Let's not get discouraged just because they are a large district. Please keep voting as often as you can so we can get to the top!!! It's not too late! We can catch up and move up that ladder and by pass Colonial Village and St. Aloysius to get into 2nd place. Other small districts have done it. We just have to get others on board to vote. I'm not sure what place we are in because Andy's on vacation. They haven't shown the standings since last Thursday. So just keep voting with all our might! We can achieve the top spot! I've submitted two extra credit points today. One is on our website, and the second one is a picture with our Wilson and South Wilson Firefighters with the Weather Machine Poster in our school lobby. They were all at our school during Fire Prevention Week visiting our classrooms speaking about fire safety and what to do in case of a fire in their homes. A Teachers Aide at school discovered a short cut to save some time in voting. Just follow the directions below and let the quicker voting begin! Type in all information, but put in a wrong security code or no code and click submit. It will come back with invalid security code, click on the security code and it will change, put that security code in and submit. Click on back arrow in the top left corner and the voting screen will come up with all of the information needed to vote for our school. Click on security code to get a new one, type in that new code and submit. Keep clicking back arrow and change security code, type in new one and submit. Good Morning Everyone! Thank you for all of your efforts in voting with the weather word for my school this month. The winner this month was East View Elementary School in the Olean School District. We finished in 4th place behind Colonial Village (Niagara Wheatfield CDS) and St. Aloysius of Springville. The second chance drawing will take place on Thursday at 6:15 a.m. We have earned 17 ping pong balls for our placement plus 3 more for submitting extra credit projects for a total of 20 ping pong balls to be placed in the barrel. Wish us luck!!!! The new contest will also begin tomorrow morning for the month of November. Hopefully we will win the second chance drawing!!! Thank you again for all of your support!
