Others have seen people sitting around the dining table eating a feast. Shadows, noises, talking have also been reported there. Who knows! I looked at houses in Adam's Basin when I was looking for my first house back in about 1980! I also went on a tour of the Inn once as part of a museum course on the Erie Canal. It's very nice. I ran into the current owner recently at the "Old House Parts" store in Rochester.
