Title: Wild Delmarva
Post by: valhalla on 09-Mar-11, 07:23:30 AM
The Delmarva Pennisula is the chunk of land between the Chesapeake Bay and the Atlantic Ocean (Blackwater is there).  It is comprised of Deleware, Maryland, and Virginia - a good-sized chunk of land.

I received my signed copy of Wild Delmarva last night.  It is a huge coffee table book - about .75 inches thick and loaded with beautiful photos of the wild life on the Delmarva.  Eagles, Osprey, Spoonbills, Tarrapins, Deer, and even Cooperheads (eek) are captured in beautiful color.  The signed edition is a little pricey $50.00, but then you look at it and it is worth every penny.  Paul - a potential gift consideration and Carol F - ask Peter to give it to you!
