Title: My Buddy N Me
Post by: Donna on 01-Oct-09, 08:44:20 AM
Over the Summer while babysitting this little bird was flew down in front of me. He just stared at me. I'm like OMG, how cool, I'm actually having an experience. I'm bad at ID'ing most birds but I kept hearing cat sounds. Hmm, is it a  :cat: :mini-bird:? A few minutes later, I went around back and within seconds, he was there. Just as a test, I went around front...OMG, he followed me. This went on for most of the Summer. I had many a conversations with this bird. I even fed him popcorn and he ate it. Is it a Catbird?

There are a few in my neighborhood, which I occasionally see.  Being a long-time cat person, I am usually pretty good at identifying the imposter(s), but they are good enough to occasionally fool me  :surprise:
