Title: Nutley Police Blotter NJ Post by: Donna on 27-Apr-11, 03:12:28 PM On April 18, police responded to Bloomfield Avenue near Kingsland Street in response to a man looking through binoculars at a research facility at 11:30 a.m. The officer spoke to the man, who stated that he was a volunteer with New Jersey Wildlife and watching a pair of Peregrine falcons. He further stated that he wished to assemble nests for them on top of one of the buildings, if allowed to do so.
