Hello All For those that have been asking for an update, please find the most recent news coverage on the on-going court case with regards to the bird strikes and hi-rise office tower(s) here in Ontario . Please pass this along to others that might be interested. The Consilium trial isn't over yet! Three witnesses for the defence took the stand these past 3 days. The closing statements from Albert Koehl, the prosecutor, and Alan Dryer, lawyer for Menkes, are scheduled for January 30, 2012.
