Found on a blog. It looks like a peregrine but most say "NO", I say it sure has the "Yellow" feets. Title: Re: Is it a peregrine or not? I'm with the Coop and Sharpie folks! :hawk: When I blew up the pic...it really doesn't look like a falcon but has all the same colorings. The neck doesn't look right but who am I to say.
