The name with the most votes is Orion. Orion is the constellation of "The Hunter" who watches over Rochester's winter skies and is one of the most recognizable constellations. The name was submitted by Kristen Weick. Being born and raised in Rochester and watching the beautiful Rochester falcons for many years on the webcams and in person when I've been able to, this means so much to me. He's looking more like a falcon and less like a fuzzy poofball. Those feathers are coming in nicely and he has a predatory gleam in those eyes. Has anyone else noticed he's been trying to escape the nestbox? They grow so fast!
