A feral pigeon is a pest and on the "general List". The correct way to deal with it would have been to call a pest controler out who would have shot it with an air rifle. This would have cost less than £150 to the tax payer, I wonder how much their whole opperation has cost the state. A life is a life.... Seriously, Its a pigeon. Wake up people. (One of the comments) |
