It's spring migration here for TVs. We have had flocks of 8 to 10 at a time.  They move on unless there is something dead to eat.

In fall we see thousands in a day at the right raptor watch. Last year at the little one I run we had 1750 TVs in a day and 2200 raptors in total that day.

Poor things, maybe they're just on their way home.  :(  Maybe a few people that live there should read this.... http://lornadoone.hubpages.com/hub/Will-a-Turkey-Vulture-Take-My-Small-Cat-or-Dog-Thats-Out-in-Our-Yard (http://lornadoone.hubpages.com/hub/Will-a-Turkey-Vulture-Take-My-Small-Cat-or-Dog-Thats-Out-in-Our-Yard)

I'd be happy to see them, not shoo them! They will leave. Then you clean!

I dont know how on going it is, clearly they are going to the garbage of the one lady. Whats there today needs to be gone ASAP, then find a way to deal with it on daily basis so the vultures dont keep coming to her home. When the weather changes in a few days they should move on. If not than the community has a garbage issue or alot of hidden dead stuff.
