It is a seven story brick and brownstone structure of masonry load bearing construction. It was built in 1888 and characterized by fine Romanesque style detailing. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1984.

I know the skyline, and have worked in some of the buildings downtown, but now I see the heights of the buildings, and see why our falcons are there.
