Yeah but you have good reason...everything goes on back burner this time of year. Same here and I'm not there.
Just got this from a friend of mine. Any ideas? This baby hawk has been living high in the tree in my sisters back yard. He must have gotten out of the nest during the storm earlier tonight. He cant seem to get flight to get back into the nest. My mom and sister are keeping an eye on him.
She'll get back into it again, she's been so busy creating 3 beautiful gardens.. with Flowers and veggies. I don't know how she does it but she does. She takes pride in her work and is there every day. I give her credit as I can't grow ZIP. I'm still waiting for her pics! I her Dahlias.

For the record, one male chick (leg band identification 24/C) is Alnitak, one male (25/C) is Alnilam and the female (53/H) is Mintaka. Wow, say them 3 times!
