I took pictures of what I think could be a falcon Long Pond Rd. between the Ontario Parkway and Edgemere Drive the other day. We tried to see if it had a band, but couldn't. Is it a falcon? My family thinks it might be a hawk. It was quite large. Could someone help me post the pictures? I tried to attach them, but it didn't work. I have them in my Kodak Easy Share on my computer. Did you try clicking addition options under your post, then browse button and look for your easy share folder? Should work. If not let us know and we'll get them up for you.

It's funny... I saw a picture of Mariah as a puppy. When I saw her name, I thought "what are the chances that a dog would have that special name. I was debating whether I should get her as a companion for my 12 year old shar pei Harley. I thought it might be disruptive to him so I didn't. He died later that year and Mariah was returned to the breeder because the family was allergic to her fur. So I got the call and visited her. Her and Bentley's breeders (they know each other )felt the two of them would get along and they were right.
Bentley's breeder used to follow the falcon cam, not sure if she still does.

This is my Mariah, a 3 1/2 year old chocolate shar pei. I got her when she was 9 months old and she came with her name!! How perfect!
How perfect indeed. Why didn't you tell us before? It's very interesting that you have an already named dog "MARIAH"? She's beautiful and so is Mr B. Shar Pei's are so cool, Love the wrinkles. jeanne
I am the one who posted the information about Millie on the Cleveland forum yesterday. I just found a report from someone who works at the Monroe Power Plant which indicates that Millie and Leopold may have had three chicks this year

OK Joyce...I figured out a not very elegant but functional way to find the source url's from other forums, so...which forum are these from? I've seen them, just can't remember where (probably Buffalo, now that I typed that)
