While there is an eagle still hanging out at the nest, we cannot say which it is for sure. It is not Lucy. She was around 3:3o today and not other eagles were around. We will be going over all of crayj's video to sort this out. We still have more questions than answers. One thing we can tell you that we get often is, yes, eagles can fly at night. Tomorrow is another day, and the eagles will sort this all out and of course we hope that tomorrow Lucy and Larry fly into the nest like nothing happened. The eagle population is growing by about 10% each year. More and more of these events will happen as a result.
