Peregrine falcon handler Mark Nash of the Canadian Peregrine Foundation introduces NoNo to students and staff at Thunder Bay’s Kingsway Public School. Nash described how the species has made a comeback.
Peregrine falcon handler Mark Nash of the Canadian Peregrine Foundation introduces NoNo to students and staff at Thunder Bay’s Kingsway Public School. Nash described how the species has made a comeback.
Along with a live peregrine Falcon, foundatin staff also conducted science and environmental workshops for the following schools: Ecole Catholique Franco Superieur,
Kingsway Park Public School, and Sherbrooke Public School.

Ice hanging from the roof edge, pea gravel wet and likely frozen in ice, poor Beauty!  She needs to get a tin cup and sell pencils so she can afford a small can of wood putty to fill in those leaky cracks in her roof.

I thought the cracks were fixed last October. Maybe not.

The only things done were camera maintenance and replacement of the piece of plywood above Camera 4.

I dont know how on going it is, clearly they are going to the garbage of the one lady. Whats there today needs to be gone ASAP, then find a way to deal with it on daily basis so the vultures dont keep coming to her home. When the weather changes in a few days they should move on. If not than the community has a garbage issue or alot of hidden dead stuff.

For all our wonderful falconheads in South Bend IN and the surrounding area, Guinevere FINALLY laid her first egg this morning. She's been keeping many folks on the edge of their seats waiting for this to happen!
