She's still there according to Chad, they were locked again this afternoon!!
Chad had seen a third bird fly by earlier this afternoon. It certainly seems like they were locked up again judging on how worn out resident girl is now. She was looking much perkier this morning after the first battle. I just want this to be over for her, she's fought so hard for her family.

In this clip the intruder and the resident bird plumment from the sky, talons locked and land in the rain gutter on the courthouse roof. If you look closely, you can see the bands on the intruder falcon. Her chest is more speckled while the bib on the resident falcon is pure white. While not shown in this video, the intruder flies off leaving the resident female to tend to her wounds. Later, she is seen eating a meal. Defending territory is tough and stressful on the birds. It remains to be seen what will happen next
