Bobbin having a rest after feeding @ 8.45 before flying off south west past the cathedral. She features in Worcester News today - front page & page three thanks to Liz & Jonathan.

Prey in both windows now - first time Bobbin's used the south perch in over a year. The cameras not high resolution like the east perch but if she's going to start using the south window I now have one same as the east so will change it. Still could do with a clean though....maybe over the weekend.

What is "Mute"?

Mute is the word for falcon excrement.  Shocked

What is a “Falcon squash”?  devil

When the juvies need to take a break, they sort of just squash down on a ledge or rooftop for a while. You’ll see their wing tips sticking up. Don’t be alarmed - they are just resting.

What is an “Assist”?

I’ll use this term when an adult bird “helps” a juvie in flight. It could be the first flight or a subsequent shaky flight. An adult will fly closely alongside or underneath the juvenile to guide it. I have never witnessed body contact but I would assume it is possible. The adult will often try to force the young bird to a safe landing as it guides it either up or down to that spot.

Just in case!

One wonders how many pot smokers they had to make room for in prison by letting this clown back out on the streets  nausea

Thanks for posting the YouTube link, Donna.  Yes, the version I sing is Mary Black's (from when she was the lead singer with the group De Danann).

I was just outside here and took a peek at the nest ledge and O'Connor is preening quietly on the cam and then 2 skyreach guys in red t-shirts peek over the rooftop!  I wish I had a camera, that's a sight I never thought I'd see.  She didn't even flinch  Shocked   She's a different bird when there are no kids arounds..dare I say she's 'sweet'  Kiss  (sorry Tracy!)

Ya never have a camera when needed, when you do------nada! Thanks Carly, can't wait to see the new cam up and running.

The new female at Mississauga sports a Purple band! They are working hard to see the other leg band to ID her.

I captured this pic yesterday.

Ahh, I'm on Chrome, nothing works on Chrome except Rfalconcam!
isn't that the truth I have Chrome on my lap top and it stinks  Undecided

It's good for some things but Live streams, yes, it stinks!

*Ei, I did just that and it still didn't work. Did the don't turn on pages, refreshed, um nada. It's Chrome Dome! I used to like it.

Oh well! I switched to Firefox YEARS ago and haven't had any reason to switch...

I need to do something with FF, it's soooooooooo slow! Takes forever to open a page. That's why I went back to Chrome. I'm sure it's my PC or connection but Chrome is much faster than FF.
