What do people think about a watcher holiday dinner on Saturday, December 22nd at 4 p.m. at the Shanghai restaurant on East Henrietta Rd? It has a lazy Susan table. I have eaten there before, so can recommend the eating.
If interested we could do a secret Santa with value of gift to be less than $10. Gifts would be exchanged at random with no one knowing to whom they will give nor from whom they received.

Some of us are planning a get-together at McGraw's in East Rochester. Dan Stiehler (and his cohorts) will be jamming on stage. We will be drinking in the audience (tea-sippers like me are welcome, of course). Monday, Oct 15th around 7:00 pm. I don't know how packed it gets, but every Monday night is a time for musicians to get on stage and play. CHANGE OF PLANS!!! Now scheduled for Oct 15th. All else remains the same. Some of us are planning a get-together at McGraw's in East Rochester. That is my neighborhood. I live 5 minutes from the sculpture. We are glad that the construction is just about wrapped up.  City of Rochester, NY - Mayor's Office shared Art Walk Extension Project's photo. Has anyone seen the Needle and Spindle in the median outside of Village Gate? Its LED lights change colors at night. The sculpture is a nod to the neighborhood's textile manufacturing past. |
