The intruder pair now have control of the nest.  They're reporting that the male has blood on his neck so maybe Larry attacked him in the nest yesterday vs being attacked.  Talon was going out this AM to try and locate Larry and Lucy.  Here's some videos from the website:

While there is an eagle still hanging out at the nest, we cannot say which it is for sure. It is not Lucy. She was around 3:3o today and not other eagles were around. We will be going over all of crayj's video to sort this out. We still have more questions than answers. One thing we can tell you that we get often is, yes, eagles can fly at night. Tomorrow is another day, and the eagles will sort this all out and of course we hope that tomorrow Lucy and Larry fly into the nest like nothing happened. The eagle population is growing by about 10% each year. More and more of these events will happen as a result.   

Hope they are both there tomorrow!!

Larry was attacked in the nest today...serious territorial fight going on the past couple days.  Lucy isn't in the nest tonight, where she always sleeps, and someone said Larry had blood on him earlier. 

Thanks for posting the pics, NCAF!  So hard to know who is who when sometimes they don't stay long enough to see!

Looks like there could be a band under the feathers...confirmed by several on BCAW that bird had bands with pics posted.
