2 boys for Pa and V

Today the young peregrine falcons banded!
At 10: 00 goes a ringer of working group Peregrine Falcon Netherlands upwards and will be around 10: 15 – 10: 20 the two boy from the nest box. The chicks get two rings, a ring with color code and a ring with number of the bird migratory station. By applying rings are birds to recognize individually and can be collected information that contributes to a better protection of the Peregrine Falcon. During the rings is also checked the condition of the peregrine falcons.

4th picture looks they could be House Sparrows-their eggs look like that.

And Kris would know from all the sparrows that have nested in her blue bird boxes! 

Ah, yes!  7 nests we've removed so far this year!

Will that name be spelled MacKay or Mackay?  It says Mackay on the FB page.  Just wondering..

Love the names, Sage, and glad all went well.  I know it's Bailey for Bailey Ave., Mackay for Mackay Tower but what's Winspear for?

Windspear Avenue is the road that the tower and maintenance area is next to.

Thanks! I just looked it up and saw what it was although I had a feeling it was a street name-think I've heard it on the Buffalo news before.
