Dc left not too long ago and came back to see if it was his turn again......guess not! Beauty is molting. [/quot Poor Beauty, she has had such a rough year. A rough couple of years! Her foot looks better - to my untrained eye at least. But the egg....Unity's and Archer's egg -- bless them both. It has been through so much, yet it appears to be intact. Last year, Beauty and Archer's eggs seemed to get soft and mushy until they discarded them....wasn't it in June? This early egg appears to be staying intact. Does anyone have any background with this type of situation? An egg...laid in March wasn't it? Late March? Goes through warmth, cold, snow, high temperature, then moderate, then high, back to cool. We have had such a range of weather since that egg was laid. I still remember the picture that Carol took of Unity and the Moon. I have it saved somewhere. So beautiful! If I remember correctly it was taken right around the time that Unity laid that egg? End of March? Or was the picture earlier in March? I know Donna will have it. Unity and the Moon is a beautiful picture. Carol's pics are still here under Blogs- Falcon watches-March 2012. Unity's egg was laid March 29th.

Oops sorry Shaky, it should be with the Montreal Falcons. That's where all the Polly news is under. I don't think Polly has her own Cam at this time. You can merge it into there. Thanks
It's under "first egg in Montreal for Spirit" but that should be changed too to Montreal Falcons.

Sorry for your loss Donna. And don't get me started on people who let their cats and dogs breed because the kittens/puppies are "so cute". Nothing cute about homeless, hungry, unvaccinated critters roaming the neighborhood.
I totally agree!

Keeping an eye on Quest: she's very wary at the moment. Sitting a ledge over, just watching and waiting for the ropes to disappear. Will be happy to see them reunited! Banding was wonderful. Took some photos, which I'll upload and share in the next day or so!
Thanks, Kat! Can't wait to see them!
