Having rotten internet problems down here so am behind!  MAK had knee #2 done??  WOW!  She is one tough lady!!  Hope everything goes smoothly this time and she is up and about FAST!!!  She has shown all of us how tough and determined she is!!  YOU GO MAK!!!

Nice pictures Carol, I have never seen deer eating from a birdfeeder before!     I bet they get tired trying to get their tongues into the small openings for the seeds!  Very cool!

AWESOME pictures!   I am afraid mine would be really blurry as I would be so excited I would be shaking the camera!     What a wonderful treat on the way to the grocery store!  I see them around here in Florida once in a while but don't have the camera with me, and not pairs!!  Thanks for sharing!

WOW!  That sure is a powerful message!  I know that is a good lesson my Mom taught me, give to others who are doing with less than you and the feeling you get is worth a MILLION!

Thank you so much ladies.  He is just a small paart of why I support the National HUGS groups.  He has really taught me the sacrifices the Military families all do for our freedom.  No Military in my family growing up.  He is a really good kid!  I will pass on your messages.

Thanks you two!  Donna I will pass that hug on to him when I see him, but that won't be until next summer!  SUPER hard to wait that long but is just not able to happen this year.  Truely wanted to be there with my oldest son to help with the surprise but just wasn't "in the cards" this year. 

My Sailor Son Brandon has been gone for 7 months on the brand new Aircraft Carrier, George H.W. Bush.  He just got home on Saturday!  Sure wished I could have been there for the arrival.  My oldest son, Jeremy drove over to surprise him!  It was more than worth it.  He just got married the 30th of April and the ship took him away May 11th so I am sure the new wife is thrilled to finally have him home too.

WOW!  That got me too until the last one!!   

FINALLY found the "hidden object" to get what he wanted!  GEEZE!  Lots of clicking and listening to the song over and over and over!  LOL!
  That is cute even if I can't read a word!

OK Donna here I go!
I too am so very thankful for all our Military who have, & are serving to keep our GREAT Country SAFE & FREE!  I have a son serving for 11yrs in the Navy.  He is now headed home to VA from being overseas for 7 months!  He truly makes me a proud Mom.  I am thankful for the other 4 sons and 2 1/2 DIL's and 4 grandsons.  I am so very thankful for the special time I had with my Mom and Dad and that they trusted me with the tough job of taking care of their last wishes.  I am super thankful for a super hubby who understands my need to be away from the cold and dreary weather up north in the winter time.  I am thankful for HIS family and Mom as they treat me like I have ALWAYS been there in their family and so loved.  I am thankful for the time I get with my friends, old and new to learn from them and to love them, their faith and strength is something that humbles me.  It shames me to complain when I have somethings so trivial to what they face EVERY day.

  

We are down in Southwest Florida and found this GREAT radio station!  THEN on Sunday I turned on the radio and they were playing a Christmas song!  Thought OK, no way already!  Well came back inside a short time later . . . yeap you guessed it still playing the Christmas music!  Found a different station to listen too.  Love Christmas music just not THIS YEARLY!!

Yeap all white faced turkey vultures!  They were an awesome sight.  Can't wait to take a break one of these days and go to our fishing bridge and check on the Osprey who nest right there!  LOVE IT!!
