I'm glad everyone got to see a bit of her on camera this morning. I felt bad for her yesterday in the rain and today in the wind without Archer there. We get so attached don't we?
Yes we do get attached I miss Archer too.... That cute little man....

Sounds like Jemison except for the retina injury. We know it can heal from the broken bones but I don't know about that eye. I would think it would have a rough time in the wild with only one good eye. You never know.
MAK, that was what I was thinking too! That poor bird...I think it's abilities to hunt would be greatly compromised with only one eye :-( Thank goodness it didn't happen when she had her babies in the nest needing her... I am sending out healing thoughts and prayers for her.
I was just reading this on Facebook...the poor dear one...I hope she heals completely. And I had just posted a little while ago to Carol how precious Peregrines are... What a shame :-(

I just sent the link to my friend in Belgium..hopefully he might be able to play it. I clicked on the thumbnails and was able to view the first photo on each with a streamer across it saying "not available in your area"...but I could copy this lovely photo.
