It would be wonderful if one of them was Jemison  heart

Or Callidora!  2thumbsup

The two female juvies were fairly dark, so that is what I was hoping.   heart

It would be so nice if they were both there and reunited.  I felt bad that they missed their bonding time together...I remember how precious they were together at the nest box  wub2 heart

That's what I found to be the most sad too!

I guess it is highly unlikely they would know each other at this point?  ??? confused

The streaming computer is down again. Looks like I'll need to go over to Times Square today to replace it with the backup. First I need to find someone to let me in.

Good luck Shaky and thanks!  bow

It's fixed.

Thank you Shaky!

How could anyone kill one of these beautiful birds??? And even worse it had a little one who needed it's mother.....It makes me so mad to think of these innocents being poisoned especially the precious baby...I think there is nothing more lovely than a baby peregrine falcon with those big wondering sad eyes.

I am green with jealousy to have been that close to the little guy must have been wonderful. He does have a beautiful face. I hope he goes on to have a large family that we can follow when we get old and gray. I hope he settles somewhere there are watchers to let us know.

I hope so too...I would love to see him and a wonderful mate raise many sweet little ones who look just like him...He has the most beautiful face ever...filled with an inner peace and love.  heart

Parrish says California condors are listed as an endangered species, however the population in southern Utah and northern Arizona were reintroduced to the area as an experimental, non-essential population under the Endangered Species Act.

you would think that a bird with a population that low that every single bird would be considered essential wouldn't you?  confused

How can they call a life "non-essential" ?   ???  These birds should be considered just as precious as any others.
