Hi Aafke, I made a Kodak album from my visit last year.One fledgling (male )is on top of the smokestack above the nestbox,sometimes fed by one of the parents.Also some pictures of the nestbox with an eyas ready to fledge..All the other pictures are from the second fledgling (female).Enjoy.
These are the first ones to hatch in the Netherlands,aren't they ? Last year I was there when the second one fledged.For me it was the first time to watch them live. See my avator.
Thanks Donna, It was great to watch the banding.They are back in their nest now. Is that a normal sound I hear ?I mean for the Barn Owl ? I know they are noisy or is someone smoking something ? It's a great cam. Greetings Carla
