So many thanks to all of you for your dedication -- Jemison doesn't know how lucky he is (or maybe he does!)

Wild Wings is on my yearly donation list, but thanks for the reminder about the rehabber!

Thanks, too, for the pictures -- these fledges are soooo pretty -- and it's fun to see the watchers -- miss you guys!

I never thought I'd be able to watch our falcons in real time -- FalKenn and Shaky are phenomenal!  And way techier (is that a word?) than me!  I'm having the same problem as Carla -- I logged in to Facebook and tried to log in from the streaming video, but it says I'm not logged in.  I did do a post from FB, but of course it stays on that page.  Don't have a burning need to post to the streaming video page, but it's frustrating not to be able to figure it out  Sad

At any rate, it is fantastic to hear all the sounds -- wish we had had this in years past -- it does make me miss Mariah, but glad Beauty and Archer are off to such a good start!

This nest is very, very close to my house!  Guess I better go check it out  Smiley
There is another one on one of the power grids by the bridge coming on the island.  In the mornings, you can see one on the nest and one sitting on the structure -- the comorants have all moved to another of the structures  laugh
Played golf last week and saw a beautiful osprey flying over the course -- will have to carry the camera!!

This is wonderful news!!  Amazing how life goes on and we must adapt.  But it will be sooo different watching a new pair, but exciting too.  Everyone is on a new page this year -- where will the eyases go on their first flights?  Will they find the gorge?  No more smokestacks.  Will the watchers have to invest in jet-propelled backpacks to follow the younguns???  Stay tuned!

Has anyone had the chance to look where Mariah was last seen?  I find it hard to believe she wouldn't have returned to Rochester at all????

This is SUCH good news!!!  I've been checking every few days to see if there's been a siting -- now I can take a deep breath.
Someone else asked if this area is perhaps where Mariah has gone during the winter -- that would be cool.
Thanks to all the watchers -- specially Dana and Carol P -- for the gorgeous pictures.  She absolutely is the QUEEN!!
