Three polls have been posted (male name, female name, gender-neutral name). The voting period ends Sunday night at 11:59 PM EDT.
One of this year's eyases will be given either an appropriate gender-specific name or a gender-neutral name, whichever receives the most votes. In case of a tie, the number of times each of the 2 names was submitted will be used as a tie breaker. If that is a tie too, a coin will be flipped.

Bran was a Celtic God of Health. Also known as Bran The Blessed..
Chase refers to a hunter. Elsu is is a Native American name that means falcon flying. Gawain means uncertain, from the Latin form Walganus used by the 12th-century chronicler Geoffrey of Monmouth. This was the name of a nephew of King Arthur and one of the Knights of the Round Table in Arthurian legend. He can be identified with the earlier Welsh hero Gwalchmei, and it is likely that the name derives from GWALCHMEI. Alternatively it may have a different Celtic or even a Germanic origin. Gawain was a popular hero in medieval stories such as the 14th-century romantic poem 'Sir Gawain and the Green Knight'..

Feeding chart updated! It looks like there are more early-morning feedings than last year at this time. Indeed! And no feedings between 9PM and midnight. The latest evening feeding so far has been at 8:39PM. None after 9 PM this early in the season last year either. Like they say, "the early bird catches the early bird."
