Due to lack of activity at the Powers Building nest box, Cameras 6 and 7 are being shut down. In addition, streaming video on Channels 3 and 4 is being discontinued. Note that Cameras 5 and 8 will continue to capture photos every minute.
Normal service will resume when the eyases at the Times Square Building begin to fledge or sooner if falcon activity is detected at the Powers Building before then.

I find it interesting that it is mostly one-sided. The female stays on the eggs for as long as she wants. The male does not approach the eggs until she has left. When she returns at the time of her choosing, she expects him to leave even if he is not ready.
Thanks, Shaky. I would love to understand the "psychology" behind this. As far as I have noted, it is DC who is more reluctant to leave. Yes? No? Maybe so??? The question is would Beauty be as reluctant to leave if she were challenged by DC.
