No way Rochester could ever look like NYC, but very glad Rochester is getting the movie money.
I think that with the appropriate framing and editing, plus a healthy dose of digital effects, the scenes shot this week will be indistinguishable from the ones shot in NYC.
This looks like a fight scene on top of the armored car. Notice that camera is pointed down Exchange toward the Times Square building. TSB may show up on screen for a split second.
