Anything Else / Totally OT / Dead Penguins

I never knew this.
Did you ever wonder why no dead penguins are ever seen on the ice in Antarctica?
It is a known fact that the penguin is a very ritualistic bird which lives an extremely ordered and complex life. The penguin is very committed to its family and will mate for life.
If a penguin is found dead on the ice surface, other members of the social circle have been known to dig holes in the ice, using their vestigial wings and beaks, until the hole is deep enough for the dead bird to be rolled into, and buried.
The male penguins then gather in a circle around the fresh grave and sing:
"Freeze a jolly good fellow." "Freeze a jolly good fellow."
Then, they kick him in the ice hole.

Has anyone seen this falcon web cam compilation? It's pretty slick, but it is using the wrong URLs for Rochester. I'd like to contact the person in charge to show him/her how to fix it, but I can't find any contact information. It's in the Netherlands. http://members.quicknet.nl/rd.stam/falcocam/ I finally heard back from them after nearly 2 years. They have fixed the Rochester links, and pictures from Rfalconam's cameras are visible on their site. Very cool, but they don't have Rhea Mae and Tiago. They do now. Sadly, Buffalo's cameras are no longer broadcasting.

I had a great time when working with a couple of 7th Avenue buyers (born and raised in NYC) that thought the milk originated in the cardboard box!
Wait until they find out where eggs come from.
