Sorry, I was killing time moving the camera while waiting for a plane at the Niagara Falls airport when the wifi went out. I switched to 3G and thought I had moved the camera back to the nest box before turning off the phone. I must have accidentally moved it again while turning it off.

The dark images are due to a faulty camera. The only way to fix the problem is to replace the camera, which cannot be done until October.  In the meantime, we'll be showing one of the other 4 cameras on Stream 1 at night.

There was a power failure at Times Square at 11:05 PM last night. The streaming computers rebooted but couldn't connect to Ustream on their own. I manually connected them this morning. The audio is ratty. I'm hoping it's just the wind and not a fried component.

OK, once again, give it 15 minutes before you report it. The camera was working by 8 AM.
