Why did she pick the one up? That was strange!!  


We are happy to report that two of the peregrine chicks are doing well. Unfortunately, the third one got too adventurous and fell from the cliff early this morning. Let’s send good vibes to the remaining siblings.   

I didn't understand why she picked that one up either. I guess cuz she could! 

Drum roll please! I saw my surgeon today and he cut me loose!!!!! Look out world, MAK is coming back! I'm going to ease my way back to my normal routine (next week after my lung function test)-don't want to hurt myself at this point. Thanks to all that supported me and prayed for me-I felt the love and I appreciated it!

The DEC HAS JUST FINISHED THE BANDING OF THE SYRACUSE EYASES! 2 females and 1 Male! I took photos of George and Piggot going nuts... Will post soon. Almost had the opportunity to photograph the banding, but they were done by he time one of the supers came down to see me. Camera is being repaired....

 

Blue tape female had an accidental fledge Sunday but was recovered and returned to the roof.  Parents are feeding her and she is doing well.

 

 

"At least they are being cared for!"

Too bad their parents aren't the ones caring for them!
